  Campground sunset

Saturday night in April. That same day I saw one of the most beautiful sunrises as I drove into the area, and when I saw those new, shiny, tall grandstands Roger had built in the middle of a farm field, I knew I had to stay late and see what the low light would do to the facility. It was cold up on top of the aluminum structure! When I saw that I could get the flag in the photo, I had found my exposure compensation that would allow some of the team vehicles to be more than a silhouette on film. All this photo needs is some campfire smoke... Can you tell I used to shoot landscapes before racing?
