What You Will Not See.....
VANCOUVER, Washington (July 15, 1996) - What you will not be seeing at SpeedCenter are any photos or movies of Sunday's terrible accident which took the lives of Jeff Krosnoff and Gary Avrin.There are several websites that have photos and movies online for downloading. SpeedCenter is not one of those sites. Out of respect for the lost lives and their surviving families, SpeedCenter will never display such material. Not now. Not in the future.
Peter and I are discussing the gallery presentation and after he views the negatives tonight, SpeedCenter will more than likely have a special area where we will have a variety of photos that will remember Jeff's life in IndyCar racing, not his death. We plan on having this available at least by the weekend.
SpeedCenter's doors are also open to anyone wishing to write an editorial, or a letter to the editor, through our FanMail area.
