Haas to Sue Lola

SURFERS PARADISE, Australia (March 31) - Carl Haas has a filed a lawsuit against Lola in the aftermath of the chassis-maker's recent announcement to sever its ties with Haas Automobiles as the exclusive North American distributor at the end of the 1996 season.

Lola manufactures Indy cars, Indy Lights cars and F3000 cars. Lola was not available for comment.
