Paul Tracy and Al Unser Jr. hope to achieve a milestone
If Paul Tracy and Team Penske continue their recent run of success in the PPG CART World Series,the team’s 100th career victory could be just around the corner. The Nazareth win and the Rio victorywere the 97th and 98th, respectively, for Penske Racing and both came on ovals. Both this weekend’sMotorola 300 and next week’s Miller 200 on theMilwaukee Mile are also oval events.
Team driver Al Unser Jr. could also contribute to the milestone mark. Like Tracy, he has won theMiller 200 before and almost beat Michael Andretti to the checkered flag last year on his way to asecond-place finish.
