Here's a true professional who understands what it's all about: good PR. Andre Ribeiro had just
been swiped off the track after a restart by Raul Boesel, but by the time he returned to the pits at
Road America he was all smiles and thumbs up for the (wet) audience. Obviously, he
knew the media would be expecting him at this location. I got this photo the moment he got into view.
Seconds later the radio and TV folks were all over him and no decent photo was possible anymore. Maybe
it's this professional conduct Roger Penske took note of during the season before he made his '98 driver
choices.
