Milwaukee was the turning point for Paul Tracy after his 3-in-a-row streak at Nazareth, Rio and Gateway.
This photo seems to show how Paul realizes that his fortunes have run out. His car broke during
the warmup session on Sunday and was brought behind the wall,
but he stayed out there, watching almost in envy how the others got
to refine their setups for the race.
