Not quite the perfect shutter speed to get the car frozen, but for web reproduction it's still
good enough. Light in houston was shifting from cloud to cloud, and I found myself more metering
the light than aiming at cars. I meter the light off the pavement - usually a good gray card substitute,
then I shoot manual exposure, since black cars or white cars tend to fool the best auto exposure when
you shoot this tight. Shutter speed is the critical issue - 500th may make slow cars look parked, 250th
can cause motion blur. This image is in between. Not having space for a monopod didn't help either.
