| It was pretty dark Friday morning and drivers were wearing clear visors for a change. An invitation to set up the "white-in-the-eye cam" Some Racer photoboy had a rather rude comment when he saw me shoot the 600 with extender (=840mm) at about 75 feet distance from the cars — I suppose he can't imagine pulling off the shot. when enlarged, one can see Alex' eyes very clearly, which was the whole point of the operation. 400asa was a little cheating, though (for depth of field) | |
