This track is unique. It will be great for the fans because there will beside-by-side, close racing. It will make for a great show. Motegi is a greatstage for CART racing because of the close competition between so many driversand the Japanese fans should be proud. The track is the best I have raced on inmy career.

With such a long race on a short oval you can be very aggressive or veryconservative. With the performance of the Firestone tires I would prefer to getsome long runs but, the yellows will dictate the race strategy.

It's a different situation this year. I am enjoying driving. Last year wasn'tvery fun. There was less pressure last year because we couldn't compete but, Ididn't enjoy myself. This year we are working hard and the Reynard/Ford/Firestonepackage is good. We just have to pay attention to detail. The guy who does thatwill end up in front.
